Haven is provided for use on the Discord platform. You agree to use Haven in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You also acknowledge that server administrators configure and control how Haven operates within their servers, including moderation settings and enabled features.
By inviting Haven to your server, you grant the bot access to data and features required to operate as intended. This includes permissions such as reading and sending messages, managing roles, channels, and kicking or banning members. Server administrators are responsible for reviewing and approving these permissions when they invite Haven to their server.
You are responsible for your conduct while using Haven. You agree not to:

Haven is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. The developers make no guarantees about uptime, feature availability, or fitness for any particular use. Use of Haven is at your own discretion and risk.
In no event shall Haven's developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Haven; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on Haven; (iii) any content obtained from Haven; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Some Haven features allow users to submit content (e.g., anonymous confessions, AFK reasons, or reminders). By using these features, you agree not to submit content that is abusive, illegal, or violates Discord's guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove any content submitted through Haven that violates these terms or puts other users at risk.
We reserve the right to remove Haven from any server, or restrict access to specific features, at our sole discretion—especially in cases of abuse, violation of these Terms, or misuse of Haven's features. You may also remove Haven from your server at any time by kicking the bot from the server.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of Haven after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
